When matches occur the system enables you to make them an offer by email and text which they can either accept or decline, if they accept, further detailed instructions are given by email and text to finalise the booking.
Workers on JobBid are vetted by us and graded by the buyers of their time so the more they work and the better they perform, the better their grade on JobBid. At the end of a week an online timesheet is generated and authorised by the buyer which generates a BACS payment to the worker and an invoice to the buyer. Our charges for this service are typically less than half those of our full agency service as our involvement is considerably less.
