Edge Recruits is reinventing the way recruitment agencies work in the UK in order to offer our clients and candidates a better experience overall. Whilst we do everything that a traditional high street employment agency does, how we do it is very different. And we do a lot more too! We have developed areas of specialism - both in terms of the sectors that we recruit across and the categories of staff that we recruit.
So you won't find us in the high street – but we do have a virtual presence everywhere. We do things differently to make job hunting less of a chore, and a much more positive experience. Instead of having branch offices in town and city centres the supply of our services across the South West (and further afield) is coordinated and managed 24/7 from our dedicated Customer Service Centre in Totnes, South Devon.
Critically, our unique approach enables us to better meet our client's requirements for staff – which means we have a very loyal and constantly growing client base. For candidates, this means we are better placed to help you find the most suitable jobs available at any one time.
