It’s a bit like eBay, you market your services as an employee, selling your time at the rate you want, in the places you want to work using the skills and experience you possess.
Employers search for what they need and when matches occur they can make you an offer by email and text which you can either accept or decline. The more of your time that you sell and the better you perform, the better your reputation as a ‘seller’ grows creating greater demand for your services. At the end of a week you complete an online timesheet which generates a BACS payment to you from us and an invoice to our client. Its simple to use and can really help you find work whether you want just a few odd hours per week or to work fulltime.
